How long have you been in business?
I've been a licensed agent in residential real estate for a year and have prior experience in the investment industry.
What is your primary product or service?
I help buyers and sellers manage their real estate transactions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Everyone goes through life changes or stages for a multitude of reasons. In my past I have lived in several cities and as many homes. Every time it seemed that luck was on my side in finding realtors that helped make each move as easy as possible. A couple of years ago I started searching and preparing for a change from Administrative employment into something more fulfilling, challenging and enjoyable. Long story short, I took a few adult Ed courses and realized I missed the energy and interest I had in the investment industry while in an intro to the world of real estate class. As it goes the rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Through past experience I found the best customer service was given by the local brokerages. The Toledo area is no different and In 2004 I had developed another good relationship with my realtor at the DiSalle Real Estate Company. It was obvious to me which brokerage company I wanted to contact after completing the required courses to become a licensed agent. I am happy to be a member of "The Home Team" and am looking forward to a future of providing the same great service that I have appreciated over the years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
The DiSalle Real Estate Company has over ten offices in the area.

I work out of the Maumee office at 1204 Conant Street. Our building is right along the rail road tracks, on the East side of Conant.
What type of payments do you accept?
The outcome of a successful transaction will result in a commission % agreed on, in a signed/dated listing or purchase contract created prior to any services rendered and/or offers submitted.
Which areas do you service?
The greater Toledo area.

Daniel Jr. and Joseph DiSalle
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday - 9am to 5pm, Sunday - 11am to 2pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That I am fair, honest and did the best I could for them and that they will recommend me and contact me again for future real estate needs.
