How long have you been in business?
The Ohio Masonic Home has served clients across Ohio for over 117 years. Masonic Helping Hands is a new business under the Ohio Masonic Home and our first office opened in Fairborn, Ohio in 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide services such as: companionship; light housekeeping; laundry and ironing; home organization; appointment escort; transporation assistance; shopping assistance; plan and prepare meals; bathing, dressing and grooming; medication set-up and reminders; medication administration; help with pets/vet visits; oversee home maintenance needs and much more!

The Mission of the Ohio Masonic Home is to Provide Quality Adult Healthcare, Retirement Living and Community-Based Service in a Dignified, Supportive Living Environment in the Name of Ohio Freemasonry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a not for profit business with the backing of the Ohio Masonic Home. Therefore, we can keep our rate for services low while maintaining a high quality of staff.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have three locations across the state: Toledo, Fairborn/Dayton area, and Cincinnati. Our goal is to service the entire state of Ohio with two new openings next year.

We are located on Chesterfield Lane which is where Reynolds Road turns into Conant. Chesterfield is located directly across the street from the Meijer store in Maumee.
Our building is located between KinderCare and the William Vaughn Company on the left side of Chesterfield.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are private pay and therefore accept check, credit card or cash. We do not accept Medicare and/or Medicaid.
Masonic Helping Hands is a preferred provider for the Veterans Administration.
Which areas do you service?
We service the Greater Toledo area including Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa and Wood County.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are 8-4:30 but we have a staff member taking calls 24 hours a day. If you call for a free evaluation, we guarantee the evaluation within 48 hours.
